摘要
目的探讨威灵仙类药材中多糖含量的差异。方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定威灵仙类药材中多糖的含量;测定波长487 nm。结果威灵仙类药材中多糖含量有明显差异。结论应注意品种、生长环境等因素对药材质量的影响。
Objective To compare the contents of polysaccharides in medicinal materias of Weilingxian. Methods The polysae- charides content of medicinal materias of Weilingxian was determined by Phenol - sulfuric acid colorimetry. The detection wavelength was 487 nm. Results There was apparent difference in polysaccharides content of medicinal materias of Weilingxian. Conclusion Attention must be paid to the effects of varieties and environment on the quality of medicinal materias.
