摘要
在保证跨坐式单轨车辆车体整体结构力学特性的前提下,省略了一些非承载件,利用有限元软件建立了车体的有限元模型。以车体质量最小化为目标函数,车体构件应力为约束条件,车体构件厚度为设计变量,对其进行了尺寸优化设计,从而减轻了车体的质量,取得了轻量化的效果。
To assure the mechanical properties of the monorail vehicle body structure,a number of non-be, aring parts could be omitted by the establishment of a finite element model. With the minimization of car body quality as the objective function, the body stress components as the constraint, the components thickness as the design of a variable, the optimization of metro vehicle size is carried out and the quality of the car body has reached the goal of lightweight.
