摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通的发展,车辆运行安全越来越受到人们的关注,城市轨道车辆的被动安全性研究也越来越受重视。车体结构不能发生永久变形即为概念应变,它是基于可控制能量吸收过程的设计理念。本文以跨坐式单轨车辆为例,运用碰撞安全设计理念,对跨坐式单轨车辆车体结构进行正面碰撞仿真分析,验证其耐撞性能,并对其结构进行适当的改进,以提高其耐撞性能,确保司乘人员的安全。
With the rapid development of urban track traffic in our country, more and more people pay attention to operational safety of urban rail vehicle, which has been took into account than before. Concept strain means vehicle structure will not appear permanent deformation, which is the design philosophy based on controllable energy absorbing. This paper cites of straddled- type monorail vehicle as anekample, through using collision safety design conception, frontal crash of straddled - type monorail vehicle body has been simulated and analyzed, and safety performance and anti - collision performance have been verified. Fuithermore, appropriate improvement on the structure can improve anticollision performance and ensure diver's and passengers' safety.
