摘要
以某型地铁司机室外罩结构为原型,设计了碳纤维司机室和碳纤维-铝蜂窝司机室外罩.基于有限元分析软件Hypermesh以及Optistruct求解器,分别对碳纤维司机室和碳纤维-铝蜂窝司机室外罩强度进行仿真计算,并将计算结果与传统玻璃纤维地铁司机室外罩进行对比.结果表明,玻璃钢、碳纤维、碳纤维铝蜂窝司机室在七种工况下均不发生破坏.在同一厚度尺寸下,与玻璃钢司机室相比,碳纤维材料、碳纤维-铝蜂窝材料司机室外罩重量分别下降11.18%、43.80%,初始破坏载荷提高74.49%、26.35%,比初始破坏载荷提高96.45%、112.06%.研究内容对地铁司机室的轻量化设计具有参考价值.
Based on the prototype of a metro cab cover,two kinds of metro cab hoods with carbon-fiber panel and carbon-fiber aluminum-honeycomb sandwich structure were designed.The hypermesh and optistruct solver was used to calculate respectively the strength of the metro cab cover with carbon-fiber panel and carbon-fiber aluminum-honeycomb sandwich structure,compared the result with the traditional metro cab cover made by glass-fibre panel.It is observed that compared with the metro cab cover made by glass-fiber panel at the same size,the weight of the metro cab cover made by carbon-fiber panel and carbon-fiber aluminum-honeycomb sandwich structure is decreased by 11.18%and 43.80%,the initial damage load is increased by 74.49%and 26.35%respectively,and the initial damage load is increased by 96.45%and 112.06%.The research provides useful value for the lightweight design of the metro cab.
