对20世纪80年代以来食品中脂质提取测定方法及应用进行了评述,重点介绍了氯仿甲醇法及其改进方法。
The research and application of extraction methods of lipids from food in the eighties of the 20th century are reviewed,the improved methods to chloroform/methanol method are mainly introduced.
