摘要
后奥运期中国体育事业变革将建设由体育大国向建设体育强国的方向实施战略转移,中国足球职业化深化改革过程中传统行政管理模式已经难以适应足球市场的迅猛发展,遇到未能明确产权关系、未能明晰治理结构、未能明了相关利益等问题,这些问题降低了中国足球的发展动力和效率。借助公共治理理论,我们认为逐步实现管办分离、健全俱乐部治理机制、完善运动员保障机制、加强社会舆论监督是解决中国足球现阶段面临危机的有效途径。
In the post-Olympic Games,China＇s sports development will be a direction of implementation of the strategic shift from a big sports country to a sports powerful country.The traditional administrative model has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of football market during the deepening reform of China＇s football professionalization.They have encountered failures in clear property rights,governance structure,the relative interests and other issues,which reduces the momentum and efficiency of Chinese football.With the theory of public governance,the progressive realization of the separation of management from operation,the improvement of the club governance and the athletes＇ protection mechanism,the strength of the supervision by the society and the public will be the effective method to solve present crisis facing by China＇s football.
