摘要
公共治理是后工业时代从"政府中心"向"公民中心"转变的公民治理理论,它的基础是政府、市场以及公民和公民社会的三边互动。体育治理包括体育事务本身的治理和把体育作为手段的公共治理。身体的功利性、体育运动的外显性和艺术性等体育治理的特质彰显了体育参与公共治理的人文与时代价值。
The theory of public governance is one of the civil governance theories in the era of post-industry when ＂government- oriented＂ turns to ＂ civilian-oriented＂, based on the trilateral interaction among government, market and civil society. In the meanwhile, sports governance includes sports affair governance and the public governance with sport as means. The physical function of body as well as the explicitness and artistry of sport activity in sports governance shows the humanity and times value for sport＇ s participation in public governance.
