摘要
采用文献资料法、深度访谈法、个案研究法对江门市政府购买元宝山体育公园公共体育服务的实践进行研究。结果表明:江门市政府购买公共体育服务的实践提升了公共体育服务水平,有效地降低了地方财政成本,为地方政府购买公共体育服务积累了经验;同时也存在政府购买公共体育服务程序不够规范,服务评价体系不够完善,购买预算信息不够公开等问题。江门市政府应加强政府购买公共体育服务制度建设;完善政府购买公共体育服务的监督、评估机制;拓宽政府购买公共体育服务的内容。
Literature materials, interview, case study were used to research the practice of local government purchased the sports public services of Yuanbao Mountain Sports Park. Achievements： firstly, the practice of local government purchased the Sports Public Services improve the public service level. secondly, it effectually reduced the fiscal cost.Last but not least, accumulating experiences for thelocal government purchasing the Sports Public Services. Problems： Firstly, the procedure of the government purchased is less standaed. Secondly, the service-evaluating system is incomplete. Thirdly, the information of government purchasing services was not accessible to the public enough. Suggestions： First of all, strengthen the system construct of government purchasing Public Sports Services. What’s more, perfect the supervision and the evaluation mechanism of government purchasing sports public services. Finally, extend the contents of government purchasing sports public services
