教师职业伦理及其后现代诠释 被引量:9

摘要 作为社会伦理关系的教师职业是社会分工的产物。教师职业伦理由教师职业伦理关系、教师职业规范、教师个人德性和教师职业伦理秩序四个要素组成,四者息息相关。随着教师职业伦理历史演变至后现代社会,他律时期统一的道德规范对人的制约开始减弱,道德环境变得宽松,道德主体的多元化、价值追求的多极化开始出现,教师职业伦理关系从"教师主宰"走向"平等者中的首席",教师职业规范从他律时期的"服从"走向自律时期的"主动构建",教师个人德性走向伦理反省与自明,教师职业伦理秩序从"规则中心"走向"关怀中心"。 As a social ethics relation,teacher professionalization is the result of social of labor.The teacher’s vocational ethic is made up of the relationship、rule、order of teacher’s vocational ethic and teacher’s individual virtue.As the historical evolution of the morel education for the teachers are evolving to postmodern society,in the pride of exercising discipline,a unified moral standards began to abate as a deterrent to person and environmental ethics become less strict.So diversification of moral subject and the multipolarization of value pursuit began to develop,the relationship of teacher’s vocational ethic is from "teacher-centered" to "the chief lords of the equals",the rule of teacher’s vocational ethic is from "obey" to "taking the initiative to construct",teacher’s individual virtue turns to introspection and self-evident and the order of teacher’s vocational ethic is from "rule-centered" to "care-centered".
