摘要
目的 :建立三黄片 (大黄、黄芩浸膏和盐酸小檗碱 )中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,用KF C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,10 μm) ,以乙腈 - 0 .0 5mol·L-1三乙胺溶液 (用磷酸调节pH至 3.0 ) (35∶6 5 )为流动相 ,流速为 1.0mL·min-1,检测波长 347nm。结果 :本法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 98.2 1% ,RSD 1.0 1% (n =9)。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,分离效果好 。
Objective: To establish the assay of berberine hydrochloride for Sanhuang Tablets (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Extractum Scutellariae and berberine hydrochloride). Methods:The HPLC with a KF C 18 column (250mm×4.6mm,10μm) was used. Acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L -1 triethylamine buffer solution (adjusted pH to 3.0 with conc. H 3PO 4) (35∶65) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 , and the detection wavelength was at 347nm. Results: The method has a good linear dependuce. The average recovery of loading sample was 98.21% with RSD 1.01%. ( n =9). Conclusion: The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang Tablets.
