摘要
概述酶法制备生物活性肽的研究进展,对当前生物活性肽的分离纯化技术,及结构鉴定技术进行综述,并对生物活性肽的酶法制备进行展望。
The research progress on enzymatic preparation,separation,purification and structure identification technology of bioactive peptides were overviewed in this paper,and the future research prospect of bioactive peptide was put forward.
