摘要
目的 为了观察强身丹对果蝇寿命的影响。方法 以含 2 %和 4%强身丹浓度的培养基饲养美国野生黑腹果蝇 ,观察强身丹对果蝇寿命的影响。结果 强身丹 2个浓度组均能延长雌、雄果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命 ,并使果蝇生存曲线显著右移 ,且以高浓度组效果明显。结论 强身丹具有延年的作用。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the actions of Qiangshen pill on the life span of fruit flies.METHOD:American wild fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) were fed on a medium containing 2% to 4% concentration of Qiangshen pill and the actions on their life span were observed.RESULTS:Both concentrations of Qiangshen pill prolonged both the average and the longest life span of the male and female flies, markedly moving the growth curve to the right, especially in the high concentration group. CONCLUSION:Qiangshen pill can prolong life.
