摘要
目的 寻找强身丹的最佳组方方案 ,确定其中药物配伍的主次和适宜的剂量水平。方法 采用正交设计L16(43 × 2 6) ,以老年小白鼠肝组织SOD活力和LPO含量为观察指标。结果 强身丹组方药物从 9味精简到 4味药 ,并确定了 4味药物配伍的适宜剂量和主次地位。结论 证实了传统中医防老抗衰方剂组方模式的合理性和科学性 ,为创制延缓衰老新的方剂提供了思路。
OBJECT:To find the best composing formula of Qiangshen pills, and determine the primary and secondary of various ingredients in combination and suitable dosage. METHOD: Orthogonal Design L 16 (4 32 6) was used, SOD and LPO in liver of senile white mice were observed as indexes. RESULT:The composing ingredients of Qiangshen pills were retrenched from 9 to 4, the suitable dosage and importance of these 4 herbs were determined. CONCLUSION: The rationality and scientificalness of composing model of TCM anti-senile prescription were proved, and the thought of manufacture this kind of new prescription was offered.
