摘要
以含２％和４％地黄饮子培养基饲养果蝇观察其对果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明：较之对照组，地黄饮子二个剂量组均能增加果蝇平均和最高寿命；使果蝇生存曲线显著右移；并显著降低９５％的相对死亡比。提示地黄饮子益寿作用主要影响老年期。
Effect Of Dihuang Yinzi decoction on lifespan of fruit fly were studied.Asmall clony of drosophila melanogaster of american wild type was set up and the medi-um was supplied with 2%or 4%Dihuang Yinzi(a chinese medicine decoction for toni-fying the kidney).The result revealed an increase of both mean and maximum lifespanof the female or the male fly treated with the decoction,as compared with a controlgroup.The survival curves were shifted to right and 95%ralative ratio of death in Di-huang Yinzi treated groups was significantly lower,indicating that Dihuang Yinzi pro-long the lifespan by its effect mainly on the geratic period of the oganism。
