摘要
目的 观察玻璃体切除联合术治疗严重眼外伤的效果。方法 47例严重眼外伤采用玻璃体切除联合术 ,视外伤情况分别行前段、后段、前后段联合术 ,去除浑浊的屈光间质 ,直视下摘出异物 ,处理视网膜脱离 ,眼内炎者同时行晶状体摘出、气液交换、眼内注药。结果 术后达脱盲视力 3 7例 ,脱盲率为78 7%。结论 严重眼外伤适时行玻璃体切除联合术 ,将更有效的挽救眼球和视力 ,是较好的手术方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with other intraocular surgeries in serious ocular injury.Methods 47cases of serious ocular injury had undergone vitrectomy combined with other intraocular surgeries.According to the traumatic condition,the anterior segment vitrectomy,posterior segment vitrectomy and both segments vitrectomy were combined with intraocular foreign body extraction and treating the retinal detachment The cases of traumatic suppurative endophthalmitis combined with lensectomy,intraocular antibiotic injections,exchange of gas-liquid.Results Postoperative visual acuity ≥0.05 in 37 cases,amounted to 78.7%.Conclusions Serious ocular injury treated timely by vitrectomy combined with other intraocular surgeries will increase success rate.
