摘要
目的 探讨玻璃体视网膜手术在严重眼外伤的手术适应证及手术时机。方法 对 15例眼球穿孔伤 ,其中 5例眼内金属异物 ,3例眼球挫伤。晶状体摘出术 3例 ,晶状体玻璃体切除、巩膜外冷凝、环扎 12例 ,其中 4例加视网膜复位、眼内填充术。结果 15例术后随访 3～ 15月 ,平均 9月 ,功能痊愈 8例占5 3 5 % ,解剖痊愈 6例占 40 % ,未愈 1例占 6 5 %。结论 玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗严重眼外伤的有效手段。
To evaluate operative indication and opportunity of vitreoretinal surgery for severe ocular injuries. Methods 12 eyes perforating wound of eyeball, including 5 eyes intraocular metal foreign body, 3 eyes contusion, 3 eyes vitrectomy, 12 eyes lensvitrectomy, scleral encircling,cryocoagula, including 3 eyes extraction of intraocular foreign body, 4 eyes retinal reposition, intraocular tamponade operation. Results After operation, 15 eyes were followed up 3～15 months averaging 9 months,the functive cure rate is 53.5% (8 eyes),the anatomic cure rate, is 40% (6 eyes),1 case does not cure. Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery is an effective method for severe ocular injury, selection of proper operative opportunity is very important for patient's vision and prognosis.
