摘要
报告4210例眼外伤住院病人手术治疗情况和视力结果，重点介绍了手术方法、类别、比率、联合手术问题，并提出了系统地公式化描述方法。本组病例眼外伤后盲目率达69．26％；出院时降低到53．70％；治疗后视力增进1617例，占46．52％；视力不变占34．35％；视力减退665例，占19．13％。文章强调治疗和预防同等重要。
The purpose of clinical treatment for eye injury cases was to prevent and cure infection and complications, to promote the healing of traumas, and to improve visual function. The results of the surgical treatment and visual acuity of 4210 inpatients with serious eye injuries in our hospital in the past 11 years (1981-1991) have been studied. Here in this paper, the methods, kinds and the ratio of operations, and the combinations of surgeries are mainly introduced and expounded. The commmon operations were debridement andsuturing, extraction of ocular foreign bodies, cataract extraction, vitrectomy,implantation of IOL, etc. Morethan sixteen combinations of surgeries were formulated. In this series, the rate of blind eyes after ocular trauma was about 69. 26%, and decreased by 53. 70% after treatment in hospital. Among those the vision increased in 1617 cases (46. 52% ), remained the same about 34. 35%, and declined in 665 cases (19. 13% ). Finally, it is stressed that the treatment and the prevention are equally important.
