摘要
目的评价在广角观察系统下行玻璃体切除摘出眼后段异物的疗效。方法回顾性分析57例(57眼)在广角观察系统下行玻璃体切除摘出眼后段异物的临床资料。结果 57眼眼内异物均一次成功摘出。术后随访8～36个月(平均24.2月),39眼视力提高,12眼视力无变化,6眼术后视力下降。1眼因视网膜脱离致眼球萎缩。结论在广角观察系统下行玻璃体切除摘出眼后段异物具有优越性,是治疗眼内异物的一种有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of wide-angle viewing system in parsplana vitrectomy for the extraction of posterior intraocular foreign bodies. Methods Retrospective study was conducted in 57 patients （57 eyes） who underwent pars plana vitrectomy for the extraction of posterior intraocular foreign bodies by using the wide - angle viewing system. Results Foreign bodies were extracted successfully during the operation in all patients. After 8 - 36 months （ mean 24.2 months） follow - up, the visual acuity was improved in 39 eyes, no change in 12 eyes, decreased in 6 eyes. One patient was suffered from atrophia bulbi in 1 eye because of retinal detachment. Conclusion The wide - angle viewing system has many advantages in parsplana vitrectomy for the extraction of posterior intraocular foreign dodies, which is effective for treatmnet of intraocular foreign bodies.
