摘要
综述了晶体硅太阳能电池的发展和研究现状,分析了几种高效率晶体硅太阳能电池的结构、制备流程、优越性以及性能等,这些高效率电池包括激光刻槽埋栅电池、PESC、PERC和PERL电池,以及最新型太阳能电池——金属贯穿孔电池,最后讨论了高效率太阳能电池存在的问题,展望了今后太阳能电池的发展趋势。
The development and research status of crystalline silicon solar cells are reviewed, and the parameters of several current high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells including structure, preparation process, advantages and performance etc are analyzed. Those solar cells include laser grooved buried-contact solar cells, PESC(passivated emitter solar cell), PERC(passivated emitter and rear cell) and PERL(passivated emitter and rear locally-diffused cell), and the latest MWT(metal wrap through). At last, the existing problems of high efficiency solar cells are discussed and the development trends of solar ceils are forecasted.
