摘要
报道了PERL硅太阳电池的研制结果,在AM1.5、25℃条件下,电池效率=23.76%。阐述其结构设计上的主要特点,并分析了高性能的机理。
The result of PERL silicon solar cells is reported.Its efficiency is 23.76%(AM 1.5,25℃).Main features on structure design of PERL cells are described.From analysis,the potential of performance improvement of the cells is also discussed.
