摘要 综述了太阳能电池及材料的发展和研究现状,分别介绍了第一代、二代、三代太阳能电池的发展历程,分析了它们的优势和不足,并对今后太阳能电池的发展趋势和存在问题进行了预测。 This paper reviews the development and research status of solar cells and materials, respectively introducing the development process of the first generation, second generation and third generation solar cells, analyzing their advantages and weaknesses. In addition, we forecast the development trends and existing problems of solar cells.
