摘要
目的建立三圣汤配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用HPLC指纹图谱比较三圣汤及其配方颗粒的化学组成差异,通过相似度软件分析二者的相似性。结果从三圣汤及其配方颗粒中检测出24个色谱峰,三圣汤与其配方颗粒的指纹图谱相关系数为0.930。结论三圣汤与其配方颗粒的主要化学成分基本相同,比例相近。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of compatlbte granutes o, on, s Methods The chemical composition of Sansheng decoction and its compatible granules were compared by HPLC fingerprint chromatography, and the similarities were analyzed by similarity software. Results There were 24 chromatographic peaks in the fingerprints of Sansheng decoction and its compatible granules. The cor relation coefficient between fingerprints of Sansheng decoction and its compatible granules was 0.930. Conclusion The main chemical composition of Sansheng decoction and its compatible granules are nearly the same and the ratio are similar.
