正交实验法优化三圣汤固体汤剂的煎煮工艺

Optimization of the Decocting Technolgoy of Solid Preparation of Sansheng Decoction by Orthogonal Experiment Method

摘要 目的:筛选和优化三圣汤固体汤剂的制备工艺,为三圣汤固体汤剂的制备提供依据。方法:通过单因素考察和正交实验,以浸膏得率及松脂醇二葡萄糖苷和绿原酸含量为考察指标,优选三圣汤固体汤剂的制备工艺。结果:三圣汤固体汤剂最佳制备工艺条件为煎煮温度140℃,煎煮时间20min,料液比为1∶22.5。结论:由以上方法制备固体汤剂的方法稳定,可行,相对于传统汤剂制法简单、方便、省时。 Objective:To screen and optimize the decoction process for providing the basis of the solid preparation of Sansheng Decoction. Method:The extract yield and the contents of Pinoresinol Diglucoside and Chlorogenic acid were used as marks to select the best conditions of the solid preparation of Sansheng Decoction through single factor and orthogonal experiment method. Results :The best producing conditions are as follows;the boiling temperature is 140℃, the decoction time is 20min and the solid liquid ratio is 1 : 22.5. Conclusion : The solid decoction by the above method is stable, the operation is feasible and more simple, convenient, time saving comparing with the traditional decoction.
