摘要
目的研究心安宁传统合煎液与其经过分煎制成的免煎配方颗粒混合物的化学成分的差异。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱法,比较心安宁免煎配方颗粒和心安宁汤剂两者指纹图谱的差别,并通过相似度软件分析两者的相似性。结果心安宁配方颗粒中共出9个色谱峰,心安宁合煎液和混合免煎配方颗粒指纹图谱的相关系数为0.883。结论心安宁合煎液同其分煎制成的免煎配方颗粒中的主要化学成分组成基本相同,其共有成分比例相近。
Objective To study the difference in main chemical composition between Traditional Herbs Decoction and Compatible Granules of Xinanning, Methods HPLC and Fingerprints were used, Results There were 9 peaks in the fingerprints of Compatible Granules of Xin^nning, The correlation of both HPLC fingerprints was 0,883. Conclusion The main chemical substances and the compositiong ratio of Traditional Herbs Decoction and Compatible Granules of Xin＇anning are similar.
