摘要
介绍了一种调节精度高,操作简便的数控直流稳压电源。采用AVR系列单片机Atmega8作为主控单元,通过不同的数字量输入设置D/A转换芯片MAX522的输出电压。DAC输出电压则经过μA741组成的两级运放电路及射极输出器ZTX453进行电压电流放大。其中DAC输入的5.12V参考电压是由LM366集成稳压器产生的。上位机通过基于AVR单片机特有的VUSB技术与下位机进行通讯,同时介绍了Windows平台下USB设备驱动程序的实现。此电压源实现了电压值读取与设置的可见与可控性,可作为部分测试设备的嵌入式电源模块使用。
A kind of programmable power supply is introduced, which has good regulation of high precision and simple operation. In this system Atmega8 is used as the main control unit. The output voltage of the D/A conversion chip MAX522 can be set by different digital input,and be got through a two-stage amplifier which is composed of two μA741 and an emitter follower ZTX453. The 5.12 V reference voltage of DAC is generated by the LM366 integrated voltage regulator. The upper computer communicates with the lower computer via the VUSB technology which is based on AVR singlechip,meanwhile the implement of USB device driver in Windows platform is introduced. This power supply achieves the voltage reading and setting visibility and controllability, and can be used as the embedded power modules of some test equipment.
