摘要
为提高测试设备中开关功率变换器的工作稳定性,以电压模式控制的Buck变换器为研究对象,分析了该变换器的工作过程,建立了相应的数学模型,并对该模型进行数值仿真,发现该变换器存在复杂的动力学行为,导致系统工作的不稳定性。理论分析得出不稳定现象的本质原因,通过电路实验来验证这种现象的真实性。数值仿真,理论分析,实验验证一致表明开关功率变换器存在工作稳定性问题,并提出了该问题的解决方案,为测试设备中开关功率变换器的设计提供理论指导。
The voltage mode control Buck converter is studied in order to improve the operation stability of switching power converter in test equipment.The work process of the converter is analyzed,the corresponding mathematical model is built up,and the model is simulated.As a result,it can find there is complex dynamic behavior in the converter and lead to unstable work in the system.The essence reason for the instability is got by theoretical analysis,and the authenticity of this phenomenon is verified by circuit experiment.Numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and experimental verification show that there is the problem of stability worked in switching power converter,and the solution scheme of the problem is proposed.The result of study will provide theoretical guidance for the design of switching power converter in test equipment.
