摘要
介绍在电磁流量计中引入互相关算法 ,滤掉噪声干扰 ,提高信号的稳定性 ,从而使电磁流量计在低流速测量时 ,性能有较大改善的具体实现方法。在低流速时能够稳定地显示数据 ,且精度可在 0 .5 %左右。
This paper introduces implement process of cross-correlation method that filters noise disturbance and increases stability of signal so that the performance of the electromagnetic flowmeter is improved to some extent in measurement of low flow velocity.The flowmeter steadily displays the value of flow,and indication error is on 1%.The method is successfully applied to industrial product.
