细胞自噬和缺血性脑卒中 被引量:5

摘要 自噬作为Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡,在肿瘤、老化和神经退化等细胞增殖和死亡紊乱疾病中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,越来越多的学者关注到在缺血性脑卒中不仅有细胞的凋亡和坏死的参与,尚有细胞自噬参与其中。本文就细胞自噬和缺血性脑卒中的研究进展予以综述。
