摘要
目的:调查不同级别医院工作人员的社会支持及心理卫生状况,分析医院工作人员社会支持与心理卫生状况的关系。方法:采用自制一般调查问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)对500名医院工作人员进行测试。结果:不同年龄段、婚姻状态、职称、工作岗位医院工作人员在支持各维度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、学历的医院工作人员社会支持差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同级别医院工作人员SRRS总分和各因子分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SRRS总分、客观支持分、对支持的利用度多数与SCL-90的总分和各因子分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:不同级别医院工作人员制定心理疏导方案时应充分考虑社会支持对其心理健康的影响作用。
Objective：To study the social support and the mental health status on medical staff from different level hospitals,and analyze the relationship between the social support and mental health status.Methods：Five hundred medical workers were surveyed with the Social Support Rating Sheet（SRRS）and Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） questionnaire.Results：There were significantly differences about social supports in various dimensions between medical staffs with different ages,marital status and job title in hospital.（P0.05）,but no differences between medical staffs with different gender and education（P0.05）.There were significantly differences about the SRRS and other factors scores between the hospital staffs from different level hospitals（P0.01）.The SRSS total score,objective support score,and the utilization of supports had negatively correlated with the SCL-90 total score and other factors score（P0.01）.Conclusions：The impacts of social support on mental health should be given full consideration when we make psychological counseling programs for medical staff from different level hospitals.
