摘要
从２１１名医护人员和辅助科室人员鼻腔取材，应用高盐肉汤和高盐甘露醇平板相结合的方法，检测葡萄球菌带前菌状况及药敏性。共检出各种葡萄球菌１７２株，总带菌率为８１．５％，其中金黄色葡萄球菌带菌率为８．１％。对检出菌株还测定了对１１种抗菌药物耐性，并将本文检测结果与非医院正常人群做了比较分析。
211 specimens obtained from doctors, unrses and worders were detected using high salt broth and high salt mennital plate for dsphylococci. 172 strains of staphylococci were isolated and the rate of isolation was 81. 5%, staphylococcus aureus was 8. 1%. Antibiotic sensitivity test was carried out to all isolated strains using 11 antibiotic. In this report, the results were compared with normal people of nonhospital commumty.
