摘要
借鉴细观力学中计算多相复合材料弹性模量的方法提出了一种计算两相复合材料等效磁导率的新方法。通过引入参考材料,依据Hashin-Shtrikman变分原理确定了复合材料等效磁导率的取值范围,并推导出两相复合材料的有效磁导率公式。数值计算结果与实验数据基本吻合,表明了该方法在低铁纤维浓度时能够较好地预测复合材料的等效磁导率,对于优化复合材料电磁参数具有一定的参考意义。
Refering to the calculation of elastic modulus of multi-phase composite in micromechanics,a novel method was proposed to estimate the equivalent permeability of two-phase composite.By introducing a comparison material the upper and lower limits of the equivalent permeability of two-phase composite were determined and the calculation formula for its equivalent permeability was derived based on Hashin-Shtrikman variational principle.The calculation value of the equivalent permeability is in accordance with the experiment data,well predicting the equivalent permeability of two-phase composite with low content of iron fiber.The proposed method proves to be significative for the optomization of the electromagnetic parameters of composite materials.
