摘要
目的:建立测定决明降脂茶中芦荟大黄素含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Dionex-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈∶0.1%磷酸(82∶18)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:芦荟大黄素在2.42～48.4μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为97.2%,RSD小于2.0%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of aloe-emodin in Jueming Jiangzhi Tea.Methods： The RP-HPLC system consisted of the Dionex-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4（82∶18）,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the wavelength of UV detector was set at 254 nm.Results： The linear response range was 2.42~48.4 μg/mL（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery of aloe-emodin was 97.2%,and RSD〈2.0%.Conclusions： The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repeatable.It can be applied to the quality control of Jueming Jiangzhi Tea.
