摘要
目的:建立测定小儿清火宝颗粒中牡荆苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Dionex-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(19∶81)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长331 nm。结果:牡荆苷在0.017~0.340 mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD小于2.0%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于小儿清火宝颗粒中牡荆苷的含量测定以及该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of vitexin in Xiaoer Qinghuobao Granules. Methods: The HPLC system consisted of the Dionex-C19(250 mm×4.6mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (19 : 81 ) with 0.2% glacial acetic. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was 30 ℃ ; the UV detector was set at 331 nm. Results: The linear response range was 0. 017 - 0. 340 mg/mL ( r=0. 9999). The average recovery of vitexin was 98.0%, and RSD〈2.0%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination and quality control of vitexin in Xiaoer Qinghuobao Granules.
