摘要
目的建立决明子药材中橙黄决明素的高效液相色谱法（HPLC）含量测定方法，并对不同产地决明子进行了含量测定。方法采用HPLC法，色谱条件：Diamonsil^TM（C18，5μm，150mm×4．6mm）HPLC色谱柱，甲醇旬．1％磷酸溶液（60：40）为流动相，检测波长285nm。结果橙黄决明素在进样量0．2～2P,g（r=0．9998）范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为97．96％，RSD为1．61％。结论：所建立的方法准确、简便、快速，重现性好，可作为决明子质量评价标准之一；不同产地的决明子质量有一定的差异。
Objective To set up a simple and accurate method for the determination of aurantio - obtusifolin in Semen Cassiae by HPLC, and to study the content of aurantio - obtusifolin of Semen Cassiae from different sources. Methods Aurantio-obtusifolin was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions concluded DiamonsilTM （Ct8,5 μm, 150 mm × 4.6 mm）column and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid （60： 40）. Aurantio -obtusifolin was detected at 285nm wavelength. Results The calibration curves of aurantio - obtusifolin were in good linearity over the range of 0.2 - 2 g （ r = 0.999 8 ）. The average recovery of aurantio - obtusifolin was 97.96% （ n = 6, RSD = 1.61% ）. Conclusion This is simple and accurate that can determine aurantio- obtusifolin, which will be helpful to quality assessment of Semen Cassiae.
