摘要
目的了解口服质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPI)的药物利用模式,发现不合理用药情况,并制订相应的干预措施,为临床药物治疗提供安全、有效、合理的药学保障。方法利用Excel程序软件对2010年9月门诊处方中含口服PPI的1 075张处方进行统计分析。结果口服质子泵抑制剂在消化科的使用率仅为35.44%;诊断与用药不符6.6%;处方在用法、用量方面存在不合理现象。结论临床医生对药品说明书应有更多了解,开具处方时应详细写明临床诊断,药师、医生和患者进行良好的沟通也是必要的。
Objective To know the utilization pattern of oral proton pump inhibitors（PPIs）,to discover their unreasonable use and to formulate the corresponding intervention measures for affording safe,effective and rational pharmaceutical safeguard.Methods The Excel software was used to statistically analyze 1 075 prescriptions containing PPIs in the outpatient department of our hospital in September 2010.Results The use rate of PPIs in the gastroenterology department was only 35.44% and the diagnosis inconsistent with these drug indicators accounted for 6.6%.Their usage and dosage in prescriptions appeared unreasonable.Conclusion The clinical doctors should understand more about the instructions for use and prescribe the prescription with writing clinical diagnosis clearly.It is necessary that the pharmacist should better communicate with doctors and patients.
