摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在规范临床应用质子泵抑制剂管理中的实践。方法随机抽取2020年12月~2021年3月期间未应用PDCA管理前应用质子泵抑制剂的医嘱和处方1200条(干预前组),及2021年4月~2021年7月应用PDCA循环干预后患者(干预1组),2021年8月~2021年11月(干预2组),2021年12月~2022年3月(干预3组),2022年4月~2022年7月(干预4组)应用质子泵抑制剂的医嘱和处方1200条。对各组处方合理用药情况进行对比分析。结果经过对比分析发现,PDCA循环管理后干预1组、干预2组、干预3组、干预4组质子泵抑制剂应用合理率均高于管理干预前组(P<0.05);PDCA循环管理后的干预1组、干预2组、干预3组、干预4组质子泵抑制剂应用不合理率均低于干预前组(P<0.05)。结论在规范临床用药管理中积极进行PDCA循环管理干预,能取得更好的管理效果,进一步提高医院药学服务水平及管理质量,保障了临床质子泵抑制剂合理使用。
Objective:To explore the practice of PDCA cycle in regulating the clinical application of proton pump inhibitors.Methods:1200 medical orders and prescriptions were randomly selected from December 2020 to March 2021(pre-intervention group),and from April 2021 to July 2021(intervention group 1),and from August 2021 to November 2021(intervention group 2)after PDCA cycle intervention.From December 2021 to March 2022(intervention group 3)and from April 2022 to July 2022(intervention group 4),there were 1200 orders and prescriptions for proton pump inhibitors.The rational drug use of each group was compared and analyzed.Results:After the PDCA cycle management,the rational rate of proton pump inhibitor application in intervention group 1,intervention group 2,intervention group 3 and intervention group 4 was higher than that before the intervention group(P<0.05).The irrational rate of proton pump inhibitor application in intervention group 1,intervention group 2,intervention group 3 and intervention group 4 after PDCA cycle management was lower than that in pre-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active PDCA cycle management intervention in regulating clinical drug management can achieve better management effects,further improve the level of hospital pharmaceutical care and management quality,and ensure the rational use of clinical proton pump inhibitors.
