摘要
目的:了解本院门诊处方中关于质子泵抑制剂(PPI)口服用药的合理使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从本院的2011年1—5月处方中随机抽取30 d的处方,对含有PPI的处方全面记录处方相关信息,按《处方管理办法》的相关规定,审查PPI的联合用药情况,并从诊断适应证、剂量、药物联用等不同方面进行合理性分析。结果:本次共抽取处方8 646张,其中有PPI的处方803张。联合用药包括胃黏膜保护剂(134张)、促胃动力药(101张)、抗菌药物(376张)、其他药物(143张)。结论:本院门诊PPI联合用药总体较为合理,符合消化系统相关性疾病的用药特点,但部分PPI处方合理性值得商榷。建议临床医师遵从药品说明书,关注PPI的药物相互作用,尽量避免不合理的联合用药,以免导致药效降低或毒性增加。
Objective：To acquaint the combined medications of proton pump inhibitors（PPI）for outpatients and emergency cases and to provide references for the rational use of PPI.Methods：Prescriptions containing PPI for outpatients and emergency cases in hospital in January-May 2011 were collected at random.The associated information of prescriptions was recorded.The combined Medications of PPI were analyzed according to Prescription Management Method.And from diagnosis indications,dosage,drug review different aspects of rationality analysis.Results：The total extraction from the western medicine outpatient 8 646 Pieces,including prescription PPI prescription 1 284 pieces.Gastric mucous ulcer（123 pieces）,Promote gastric dynamic medicine（101 pieces） Antibacterial drugs（376 pieces） Antimicrobial other drugs（143 pieces） Conclusion：General hospital outpatient drug PPI is reasonable,and the merger of how the digestive system correlation disease medication characteristics.But some of the PPI is questionable.Prescription rationality.Suggest clinicians follow drugs manual,PPI drug interactions are conerned,avoid unreasonable,lest cause the merger of pharmacodynamic drug reduced or toxic increase.
