摘要
大学教学与科研活动之间的关系问题是高等教育学的重大理论问题。从组织边界理论来看,通过在大学教学与科研活动之间构筑边界的方式,可以促进大学教学与科研之间积极关系的形成。它以尊重教学和科研规律、利于教学与科研互相促进来释放教师内在积极性为理念,以学术委员会、教学委员会和科研委员会为载体,以教学与科研之间一系列管理制度为保障,可以有效解决目前关于这一问题的论争。
The relationship between teaching and scientific research is of great importance in the study of higher education,and a positive relationship can be established by means of defining a boundary between the two in accordance with the theory of organizational boundaries.Such a relationship,based on a compliance with the laws of teaching and scientific research and their mutual promotion,guaranteed by the organizations for teaching and scientific research,and ensured by a series of regulations thereof,can solve the disputes over the matter.
