摘要
归纳总结我校现有实验技术人员工作量计算中出现的问题,分析问题产生的原因,对实验教学工作量考核进行改革探索,提出了解决问题的建议。
At present, according to the practice in our university, the problems in the computation of the standard working hour of laboratory technicians were summarized and analyzed. Measures for resolving the problems were suggested.
