摘要
采用分布参数建模,利用保护区内故障时,保护整定范围处的操作电压滞后故障点电压,保护区外故障时,保护整定范围处的操作电压超前故障点电压这一性质构成判据,提出一种适用于超/特高压输电线路的相间距离保护方法。该方法物理模型采用分布参数模型,能精确地描述高压/超高压/特高压输电线路的物理特性,具有很好的抗分布电容电流影响的能力;该方法具有良好的抗过渡电阻的能力,可以保护到整定值附近,具有良好的保护范围,因此具有较好的动作特性。EMTDC软件仿真验证了该保护原理的正确性和有效性。
The fault point voltage phasor is superior to the phase-to-phase voltage phasor at the protection zone position when the phase-to-phase fault lies in the protection zone, and the phase-to-phase voltage phasor at the protection zone position is superior to the fault point voltage phasor when the phase-to-phase fault lies out of the protection zone. On the basis of this performance, a new phase distance protection principle suitable for EHV/UHV transmission line is proposed based on distributed parameter line model. The protection operation is immune to the influence of shunt capacitance with distributed parameters modeling for transmission line, and is not disturbed by fault resistance, and has a steady protection zone, thus having good action characteristics. The results of simulation by EMTDC show that the proposed new protection principle is correct and valid.
