摘要
提出一种描述太阳能电池电气特性的模型,并用M atlab和PSIM进行仿真分析。模型利用特性参数建模,当太阳能电池组成光伏阵列,根据串并联的情况相应的改变模型中某些参数,就能很好地描述光伏阵列的电气特性。
A model for describing the electrical characteristics of solar cells was proposed,and the simulation analysis was carried out with Matlab and PSIM.The model was built using characteristic parameters.When the solar cells constituted the photovoltaic arrays,the electrical characteristics of the photovoltaic arrays were well described with correspondingly changing some parameters of the model based on the series parallel connection conditions.
