摘要
提出一种描述太阳能电池电气特性的模型,并用Matlab和PSIM进行仿真分析。模型利用特性参数建模,当太阳能电池组成光伏阵列,根据串并联的情况,改变模型中某些参数,能很好地描述光伏阵列的电气特性。
An analytical model for the performance of solar cells was proposed and simulated by Matlab and PSIM. Based on the electrical characteristic parameters,the model was built. And some parameters of the model could be changed according to its series-parallel state. When the solar cells composed the photovoltaic arrays,the model would be a good description for the electrical characteristics of photovoltaic arrays.
