摘要
针对故障分量电抗继电器判据出现的“同相问题” ,在研究高阻接地故障特征的基础上 ,提出了几个新的切换判据 ,构成了 2种完整的新型故障分量电抗继电器 :双电抗元件故障分量电抗继电器和双参考量故障分量电抗继电器 ,完全克服了“同相问题”。
Based on the theoretical analysis of high-resistance earth-fault characteristics of HV/EHV transmission line, two kinds of new type earth-fault reactance relays based on fault-component are proposed in this paper, these relays can overcome the overreach problem existed in the earth-fault distance protection with excellent performance within the protective zone. The steady-state characteristics of these protective relays are studied thoroughly in the paper.
