摘要
目的 观察牙周炎局部治疗药物“派丽奥”(主要成份为盐酸二甲胺四环素 ,MINO)治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 随机将 75名牙周炎病人共 2 0 0个牙周袋分成“派丽奥”实验组和台氏液对照组。观察用药前后临床症状和菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着水平、牙齿松动度的变化。结果 两组用药前牙周各项指数的平均值均无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。用药后 1周、停药 1周、停药 1月后均有差异或显著性差异 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。有效率为 86 %。结论 “派丽奥”是治疗牙周炎有效、安全、简便的局部治疗药物。
Objective Observe the clinical effect of Periocline (Major component is minocycline hydrochloride),a kind of medicine treating periodontitis locally on periodontitis.Methods Seventy five patients suffering periodontitis,including two hundred periodontal pockets together,were devided into test group and control group randomly. Observed the changes of clinical sign,plaque index,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index,pocket depth,attachment level and mobility degree before and after treatment by Periocline. Results Before treatment,the average of each periodontal index between two groups is not different evidently (P>0.05),however,there are difference or apparent difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01) at a week after treatment,a week and a month after stopping treatment. The ratio of efficacy is 86%.Conclusion Periocline is an effective,safe and convenient medicine for treating periodontitis locally.
