摘要
目的:观察“派丽奥”治疗成人牙周炎的近期临床疗效。方法:随机将25名牙周炎患者、60颗患牙分成实验组和对照组。观察用药前后临床症状、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙周附着水平和牙齿松动度的变化。结果:实验组和对照组用药前牙周各项指标均无差异。用药后,实验组和对照组牙周各项指标均有显著性差异。结论:派丽奥是治疗牙周炎安全、有效、简便的局部辅助治疗药物。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Periocline （major component is minocycline hydrochoride） on periodontitis, Methods：Twenty-five patients＂ sixty teeth involved were randomly divided into test group and control group . The clinical symptom, plaque index, sulcus bleeding index, pocket depth, attachment level and mobility degree were examined before and after treatment.Results ：There was no difference in periodontal indexes between the two groups before treatment. Periodontal indexes of test group were wholly lower than that of control group after treatment. The ratio of efficacy was 83.3%. Conclusion：Periocline is a safe,effective and convenient medicine for periodontitis.
