摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法本院近年来共收治慢性牙周炎患者100例,随机平均分为观察组以及对照组两类,对于观察组患者运用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗,而对对照组患者临床中运用碘甘油进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果在对两组患者运用不同的治疗措施之后,观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%,对照组患者的总有效率为80.0%,具有统计学意义,<0.05。结论临床中运用盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎患者进行治疗,其治疗过程安全可靠,治疗效果较为显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment on chronic periodontitis.Methods In recent years this hospital treated a total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis,randomly divided into observation group and control group two,treatment for the patients in the observation group using Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment,while the patients in the control group in clinical use Iodine Glycerol treatment,curative ef ect.Results After the two groups of patients with dif erent treatment,the patients in observation group total effectiveness is 96%,patients in the control group the total ef ective rate was 80%,with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic periodontitis were treated Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment clinical application,and the course of treatment is safe and reliable,the treatment ef ect is more obvious.
