摘要
目的研究丹酚酸A对人肺腺癌细胞株LTEP迁移及ERK信号转导通路的影响。方法以Tanswell小室迁移实验检测丹酚酸A(0、20、40μg/mL)对LTEP细胞迁移抑制率;以蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)法检测丹酚酸A对LTEP细胞中p-ERK表达的影响。结果与空白对照组相比,Tanswell小室迁移实验显示丹酚酸A对LTEP细胞迁移的抑制作用具有浓度依赖性;Western blot实验提示丹酚酸A对LTEP细胞中p-ERK表达的抑制作用具有时间依赖性。结论丹酚酸A对LTEP细胞迁移有抑制作用可能与抑制ERK信号通路有关。
AIM To explore the effects of salvianolic acid A on migration via ERK signaling of human lung cancer LTEP cell line. METHODS Tanswell assay was used to observe the anti-migration effect of salvian01ic acid A on LTEP cells at the concentration of 0, 20, 40μg/mL. The protein levels of p-ERK1/2 in LTEP cells were analyzed by western blot assay. RESULTS Salvianolic acid A inhibited the migration of LTEP cells in a dose-dependent manner. The protein levels of p-ERK1/2 in LTEP cells were down-regulated by salvianolic acid A ina time-dependent manner. CONCLUSION Salvianolic acid A has significant anti-migration activity on LTEP cells. The potential mechanism of anti-migration effect caused by salvianolic acid A may be involved with ERK1/2 signaling.
