摘要
本文回顾了我国自19世纪末以来体育人力资源管理发展的历史。19世纪末以来,我国学者研究体育人力资源管理的主要领域有:组织层面包括教育型,竞技型,休闲型,管理型,媒体型以及商品型等类型体育组织;个体层面包括体育公共事业员工,教练员、运动员和裁判员,体育志愿者、体育企业员工等体育人力资源的管理。本文以不同研究对象的视角阐述各领域主要研究主题及进展,最后指出研究存在的问题,并就未来研究方向进行展望。
This paper reviews the history of sports human resources management development in China since the late 19th century.Since the late 19th century,fields of study on sports human resources management for our Chinese scholars are mainly focused to two levels,organizational level and individual level.Organizational level includes educational,competitive,leisure,managed,media and commodity sports organization.Individual level includes sports human resources management of sport utility employees,coaches,players and referees,sports volunteer,sports employees.This paper describes the major research themes and progress from different research targets.Finally,point out problems about researching and discuss the future research prospects.
