摘要
通过问卷调查、座谈访问等方法 ,分析了青海省五所高等院校健美操开展现状及存在的问题 ,以及影响高校健美操活动开展的一系列因素 (包括教育管理体制、教学计划、体育经费、教师队伍、场地器材等 )。针对调查研究结果提出我院健美操教学内容改革的建议 ,为进一步深化健美操教学改革提供参考意见。
The author analysed the present conditions and problems existed in the development Of aerobics in five Qinghai institutions of higher learning by means of investigation and interview.A sevies of factors affacted the development of aerobics (including educational management,teaching program,P.E funds,teaching staff,place and equipment,etc)were also analysed.In accordance with the findings some suggestion were made and some referential opinions were provided in order to further the aerobics of our college.
