摘要
回顾科学技术革命的沿革和体育人力资源的产生和发展,从现代科技革命对我国体育人力资源管理的物质基础、前提条件、可持续发展的保障、方法的革新等方面的影响进行阐述,提出"知识管理"、个性化管理、人文环境净化、契约化雇用方式等对策。
This study reviewes the evolution of revolution of science and technology and production and development of sports human resource management.The effect of modern revolution of science and technology on all aspects of sports human resource management is involved,which includes the material base,precondition,guarantee of continuable development,innovation of the method,etc.The countermeasures such as information management,individualized management,purification of human environment and employment on agreement are offered.
